|Ingredients:||5 cups sliced, peeled apples
2 TBSP flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
|Directions:||Line pie pan with crust. Add filling. Dot with butter. Cover with a layer of crust. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes, then at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes.
